Bug Hunters provides custom automation and software services. Project scopes, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, access credentials when needed, and timely feedback to keep projects on schedule.

Payments

Payments are required according to the agreed scope. Refunds and changes are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on project status.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, project deliverables belong to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may reference completed work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality.

Limitation of liability

Bug Hunters is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered automation solutions.
